Tehran informed the United Nations today, Sunday, that it is ready to help end the war in Yemen, confirming its endeavor to establish good relations with Arab countries and other countries.
Russian Today Agency quoted a report seen by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), about Iranian Foreign Minister Muhammad Javad Zarif as saying: "Tehran has informed the UN envoy to Yemen, Martin Griffiths, that it is ready to help end the war in Yemen."
He added, "Tehran has not received any proposal to stop its support for the Houthis, in exchange for Washington's support for the coalition operations in Yemen," noting that "Iran has no goals of domination, and it seeks to establish good relations with other countries."
