The Parliamentary Integrity Committee identified today, Friday, the reasons for the poor level of services in the capital, Baghdad, while it confirmed that upgrading the services file requires concerted efforts and drawing a five-year plan that bears responsibility for each of the state institutions.

A member of the committee, Deputy Laith Al-Dulaimi, told the Iraqi News Agency (INA) that "among the reasons that led to the deterioration of the service file was the poor selection of some personalities and their inefficiency, in addition to political interference and conflicts, which negatively affected the service reality."
