She added, "The central committee in the ministry met under the chairmanship of the Minister of Communications, Arkan Shihab Ahmed Al-Shaibani, and the Bid Analysis Committee over the past three days, in order to complete the referral of this national project for the purpose of direct implementation by Nokia."
