The Ministry of Oil announced that the Qayyarah fire incident did not affect the processing operations.
The ministry said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the North Oil Company was able to control a fire that broke out in one of the oil-gas isolation tanks at the southern Qayyara station in Nineveh Governorate."
