MOH: severe injuries to children and youth

The Ministry of Health announced that hospital admissions have increased with the increase in cases in Corona, while indicating that 50% of the injuries are the new strain.
Health Minister Hassan Al-Tamimi said in a press conference attended by the Iraqi News Agency (INA): "There is a wide spread in the last three days of infection with the Corona strain," indicating that "more than 50% of the infections that indicate the new strain are."
He added that "children and youth constitute severe injuries," warning of "a great danger if the preventive measures are not observed."
Al-Tamimi stressed that "the number of critical cases in Corona has increased with the increase in hospital admissions," noting that "this constitutes – a great pressure on health institutions due to the increase in the number of critical patients."
