The Ministry of Health decided to close stores and pharmacies that raise the prices of masks.

A health statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA) stated that "the ministry has intensified its campaigns on stores and pharmacies and decided to close them in case the prices of masks were raised."

Earlier, the National Security Agency issued new directives regarding price control during the period of the health ban.

In a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), the agency said, "The head of the National Security Agency, Abdul-Ghani Al-Asadi, directed the detachments of the agency in cooperation and coordination with the Ministry of Health teams to monitor the prices of health supplies in pharmacies and stores, according to the directives of the Supreme Committee for National Health and Safety."
