Salih receives a written message from the King of Jordan

The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, received a written message from the King of Jordan Today, Thursday.
The media office of the president of the republic said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that "the president of the republic, Barham Salih, received at the Peace Palace in Baghdad, the Jordanian Prime Minister, Bishr Al-Khasawneh, in the presence of the foreign ministers of the two countries."
The statement added, "Al-Khasawneh conveyed the greetings of His Majesty King Abdullah II to the President of the Republic and delivered a written message from His Majesty King Abdullah II, while the President, the Prime Minister, conveyed his greetings to his brother King Abdullah, and bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed."
According to the statement, Salih stressed keenness to advance the frameworks of bilateral cooperation between the two countries, and Iraq’s aspiration to build advanced relations and raise the level of cooperation with the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in all fields to serve the common interests of the two brotherly peoples, and to move towards broader horizons by strengthening the understandings and protocols agreed between the two countries.
